Job Vacancy for an experienced Refrigeration or/and Catering Engineer

C&M Kitchen Engineering are seeking an experienced Refrigeration or/and Catering Engineer to join our existing team based in the heart of Aberdeen.

The role will be working across the Grampian region on commercial refrigeration & catering equipment within the hotel, hospitality, public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing and Maintenance of Commercial Refrigeration & Catering Equipment

• Working in a team of engineers although this is a mobile role

• Providing the best possible standard of customer service to our customers

• Offering support for other engineers as and when required

• Weekend On-Call (1 in 4)

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Engineer

• Refrigeration qualifications – FGAS, Level 2 or equivalent

• Catering qualifications - COMCAT 1&3 Certificates (Essential)

• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• Experienced in hospitality and catering environments

• Strong electrical fault-finding knowledge

• Combi Ovens/Dishwasher experience

• Commercial Laundry equipment experience

• Previous experience working on commercial refrigeration from small bottle coolers to cold rooms, chillers etc.
