Balmedie Primary School 

As part of the kitchen refurbishment at Balmedie Primary School, the existing canopy was replaced with a new bespoke island canopy with an integrated service spine, designed to comply with DW/172 and support the upgraded kitchen layout.

The new canopy improves ventilation, creating a cooler and more comfortable working environment for staff. The integrated service spine provides greater flexibility for future equipment changes and has been designed to accommodate the planned installation of Rational iCombi ovens.

The completed installation delivers a modern, compliant ventilation solution that supports both the current kitchen and future upgrades.
