Arduthie Primary School 

As part of Aberdeenshire Council's ongoing kitchen improvement programme, C&M Kitchen Engineers upgraded the kitchen at Arduthie Primary School while retaining selected existing equipment and fabrication where appropriate.

The improvements included the installation of a Rational iCombi Pro 10-grid combi oven, providing faster, more flexible cooking. Existing wooden preparation cabinets were replaced with hygienic stainless steel fabrication, while timber storage shelving was upgraded to durable nylon-coated shelving for improved food-safe storage. The existing hand wash basin was also replaced with a new janitor sink to enhance the kitchen's cleaning facilities.

The completed upgrade has created a cleaner, more hygienic working environment with improved storage, modern cooking equipment, and durable preparation areas to support the school's daily catering operations.
