Aboyne Academy School 

The existing outdated separate kitchen canopies were replaced with a new bespoke island canopy featuring spigot connections to the existing ventilation system. The new canopy improves airflow, helping to reduce heat and create a cooler, more comfortable working environment for kitchen staff.

The larger island canopy also provides greater flexibility for future equipment changes and has been designed to accommodate the planned installation of Rational iCombi ovens.

The completed project delivers a modern, future-ready ventilation solution that improves staff comfort, enhances kitchen efficiency, and supports future catering upgrades.
