Warranty Information

Most new appliances come complete with a warranty card, please ensure that these are completed and returned to the Manufacturer in the appropriate time, to ensure that you validate the warranty.

In the event of a warranty call being required, after all necessary checks have been made by the Buyer to try and ensure the call is necessary and falls within the terms of the warranty, please follow the instructions given on the Manufacturer's warranty information.

In the event of any difficulties, please contact our Customer Services on telephone 01224 625928 or email info@cmke.co.uk.

Whilst every effort is made to determine the fault before sending an engineer to site, it is not always possible to make a correct diagnosis, please see the information below.
